Lacey Vet Con

Join us at the Lacey Vet Con on April 30th from 3:00-6:00pm for a day filled with comics for veterans; military families and community members are additionally welcomed. This event is free to the public and will include guest speakers, games, art illustration activities, and food/snacks. Guest speakers include Gabi’s Olympic Cards and Comics, Blue Tiger Revenge Comic Book Podcast – with hosts Bryan Bales and Tadd Galusha, published author and Vietnam veteran Sarah Blum, as well as virtual artist Eric Trautmann.

Want to learn how to self-publish your comics? Want to learn how to draw comics? Want to hear about comics related to military service or written by veterans? Come join us for these experiences and more! Board games will include Twilight Struggle and Axis & Allies with free food and drinks available while supplies last.
Please note our capacity for attendees will be capped at thirty-five, therefore please sign-up with the link below to be save a spot. You can delete your registration prior to the event, but wait-listed attendees will be moved up. If you do not register, you will still be allowed into the event if spaces are available. We hope to see familiar faces of the community as well as new ones, please feel free to invite friends and meet new ones!
