Platinum-selling singer songwriter Ben Folds brings his unique audience-engaging “Paper Airplane Request Tour” to Olympia for an intimate evening of song and stories. After performing his own setlist of hits, Folds takes the stage in the second half of his show to invite concertgoers to submit song requests via paper airplanes.

Folds, widely regarded as one of the major music influencers of our generation, taps his enormous catalog of original songs drawn from his three decades as frontman of Ben Folds Five and as a solo pop artist. A New York Times Best Selling author and podcast host, Folds’ gifts at storytelling and composition combine to create songs that touch the heart and funnybone of audiences of all ages.

In addition to his extensive career in music, film & TV, Folds serves as Artistic Advisor to the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, and is founder of Keys For Kids, a charitable initiative that provides free piano lessons to economically disadvantaged young people in his native state of North Carolina.

Lindsey Kraft is a multi-faceted artist – actress, singer, and composer. You may recognize her from various TV roles including Netflix’s Grace and Frankie, HBO’s Getting On and most recently Netflix’s Obliterated.
