An analysis of voter registration data from 29 of Washington’s 39 counties — covering nearly 1 million active registered voters — suggests that at least 14% of the state’s voter rolls may be out of compliance with federal law. This translates to over 709,000 voters, and the actual figure could be higher.
Key findings:
Missing Social Security Numbers (SSNs): This undermines the Secretary of State’s claim that they verify voter data through the Social Security Administration.
Missing both SSN and Driver’s License information (~25,000 voters): These records have no verifiable proof the registrants exist.
Potential misuse of SSNs: Large numbers of SSNs have reportedly been issued to non-U.S. citizens, enabling access to Apple Health and SNAP benefits at taxpayer expense.
"Action Needed: I call on the Department of Homeland Security to release its lists of non-U.S. citizens residing in states — such as Washington — that resist voter roll integrity measures. Public, crowdsourced review of these lists would help restore confidence in our elections."
