      We have worked with Heritage Bank for many years, the service we receive is kind, respectful and thorough. I appreciate the folks who work there very much and look forward to seeing them when I stop by!

      Elyse (at least that's what her card said she gave me) is not polite and talks loudly about private customer account info in front of others. She should be fired for publicly ridiculing customers while others are there within ear shot! When I stated I had already talked to my branch at length about an issue Elyse just continued talking away when I was at the bank for another reason, she just loudly continued to reprimand me. Never go to this branch!
