we lived here for a little over a year and it was the best!
units are clean and spacious, rent is reasonable, quiet and safe place to live.
Deanna is so friendly and always helpful, the manager Jen is straight forward, not so friendly but she will get the job done as fast she can. the maintenance man, Jessie is so friendly and helpful.
everything here is awesome,.. we miss Washington state!!!

The apartments are older but the staff always took care of us. Never had any issues here! Only thing I'd like to see was a different kitchen layout in their different floor plans.

Since moving to Washington, i have found this place and me and my husband enjoy living here. We have been here a year and still loving the place. It's quiet and the ladies in the office are amazing. They are always making sure the place is safe and feels at home. I love that they are always there to answer any questions! The maintenance crew is amazing as well. You tell them you need something fix and they are there that day or the next day. I would recommend Thai place to anyone looking for a home.

My wife and I explored 20+ housing options before deciding upon The Village at Union Mills almost 4 years ago and have not once regretted the decision. The complex is just far enough off of the beaten path to remain quiet and peaceful but close enough that a trip to the grocery store, hardware store or restaurants will take you less than five minutes. The staff here is one of their greatest assets, addressing issues as quickly as possible and helping to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I have rented both a 1 bed, 1 bath and a 2 bed, 2 bath and had zero issues with either unit. If you're looking for an apartment in the area I would strongly suggest checking them out.

Me and my wife have lived here for four plus years and we've loved it . The ladies in the office are always nice and helpful the maintenance staff is always there the same day of the problem and always fixes the problem . Great place to live

We found village at union mills over the internet. My husband is in the military and we needed a place to stay that would take a large american bulldog which is very hard to find in a good neighborhood. Deanna was more than happy to help us. She was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the beginning. We had no problems with our dog and we loved living behind the nature preserve. There is a nice walking path and the grounds are kept clean. Jen the manager was also extremely helpful. She even helped me when our lease was up to get into a new place as we had to leave the state. Our maintenance issues were addressed right away by Jessie who always was extremely friendly and happy to help. I have lived in many apartment complexes and have to say this one was the best experience overall. Sad to say bye to such warm people!
