Pacific Place Apartments

Nice apartments .we had an attached garage and a balcony. apartment was not too small for 2 people. Was mostly quiet. Mary is very sweet love her! Nice environment and felt very safe. Love the gated community. Would recommend this place

Excellent location and staff! Due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, I had to leave early but during my short time there, Mary was extremely helpful for any issues that arose. The apartment was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely live here again!

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in! The place is quiet, immaculate, and extremely well run. The apartment managers do a fantastic job and are extremely reliable, efficient, and trustworthy. Best experience I have had in any apartment and I would recommend anyone to live here. It is nice and quiet and people are friendly and overall it was a great experience.

Pacific Place is the best thing I've found in Olympia.
I just don't understand why I'm the first to write a review for this place.
It's a perfect minimalistic home (were this place in Seattle, the price would be CRAY).
Every inch of this place is just SO pleasant to look at; that's why living and taking walks in here is awesome.

the trash section outside (yes you have to pack it in your car trunk and drive to throw a lot out)

Installed heater system
Our own laundry room (very spacious...nail racks high up on the walls and turn it into a closet also!)
The fake fireplace; looks pretty (on top you can place your tv...looks baller and saves space)
Balcony (if you live on the upstairs...every apartment is one floor I'm pretty sure. It's just upstairs to your garage not to other rooms)
Neighbors
Clean grass and trimmed trees
Parking
The small fitness room!!!


The small downside:
-The FRIDGE (maybe it's because we have 4 ravenous people in this 2-bedroom apartment who shouldn't be occupying such a small place anyways, but the fridge in the kitchen is only one of 2 refrigerators that we have since it does not hold a lot.)
-The stove (glass top, looks cool and luxurious but doesn't heat fast or strongly enough for people who cook all the time...like my family.)
-Getting out onto Pacific ave. takes a while sometimes but you get used to it.
-Getting in and out of the gates takes a while for the gate to open but you get used to it (you get a button to enter the apartment, and you don't need it when you're getting out. It automatically opens)



Living here is peaceful to the mind, heart, eye, and soul.

I lived here from 2014 to 2017. It's true what they say... you don't know what you've got til it's gone. This was, by far, my best apartment experience to date. I'm writing this review three years later because I'm having so many issues with a new apartment I just moved into. It made me remember how good things were when I lived at Pacific Place. Eric and Mary managed Pacific Place when I lived there. If they still do, you won't go wrong renting from them. They kept the grounds clean, were kind and helpful, and immediately addressed any maintenance requests. Mary even changed lightbulbs for me and helped me get scary spiders out of my garage. Speaking of the attached garage, this apartment felt more like a townhome. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this place. Neighbors were awesome. It truly felt like home and, if I ever move back to Lacey, would 100% consider living here again.
