Pho Saigon Fusion 8

A real hidden gem! The outside doesn't look like much and the location may be deceiving- but the inside of this spot is so clean and cute. A really great ambience. We were greeted and seated quickly, given plenty of space and time to order, and the food came out quickly! Really friendly service, even better food. My husband got the brisket pho and I ordered the spicy noodle soup. Both were so good we barely talked, just ate. We both ordered smalls and it was the perfect amount though we may be ordering large bowls next time because of how tasty it was. The pho broth had great flavor, the meat was thinly sliced and cooked perfectly. The broth in the spicy noodle soup was so zingy from the lemongrass and very savory from the meat and other veggies.
Highly recommend! We had a list of pho spots to try buuuuut probably won't be getting to any of those any time soon. We've already planned our next visit here.

The spring rolls are 5/5 amazing! They are loaded with shrimp. Two come in an order and between my husband and me they were a perfect appetizer. Maybe even more filling than we expected but we loved them.

We shared a bowl of pho and they were very friendly and brought us out an extra bowl with it. There's so much meat and noodles that we had more than enough for the two of us. Personally I felt the broth was a bit blander than I usually like and we weren't brought out any chili sauce to mix. There was sriracha at the table though so I added a bit of spice to some bites but I'd say the pho for me was 4/4 although my husband was a huge fan.

Food is always great and perfect portions for the price.

Service is professional and the servers are attentive and friendly.

Ambient is clean, quiet, and positive.

ordered the crab and cream cheese wontons. got 4 extra crunchy overcooked and concern cheese or crab left in the middle. ordered the combination vermicelli and egg roll. no sauce came with i.t. had to eat it dry. got the pork belly over rice. hubby loved it. got the stir fried noodles. hubby loved it. so out of a $107 dollar order, half of it was good. just not my half. dont think I will order from there agai.

Had the spicy beef pho all I can say is sensationally the Kid had rice and spring rolls and fry's all stellar. The server is fantastic they are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is brought out is and quick and timely fashion. The restraint it's self is clean and is well cared for. Tables clean and condiments fresh and ready to be used.
Over all fantastic place to eat. Love taking my son here after school for a bowl of pho.

Had number 31 small which I regret now as I could've gotten a large because it was good!

Came here for lunch today. The ambiance of the restaurant is cute and they have a nice patio section in the front for outdoor dining as well. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The small pho was really more of a regular sized pho which I was very happy. Broth was delicious and the portion of meat to noodle ratio was great. The menu selection is very big and they have lots of drinks and cocktails as well. I got a side of pho broth to go as well which was about $6.50!

If I'm back in Lacey I'll definitely want to come back to this spot

Quaint authentic pho spot in Olympia! I was the only customer when I came in from lunch which made the service super quick. Food came out very fast and was beyond amazing. Everything was full of flavor, and the menu is quite big and there are tons to choose from.

Came here again recently. Got here around 6:30. There were five of us...
They sat us at a table--on the table there was a label saying parties of 5 or more are charged 18% gratuity. I contemplated getting up and walking out--and really we should have! The service was not good. The food was not delivered to the table all at once. Some were almost done while others were just getting their food. Lights were turned off halfway through our meal...and open sign turned to closed even though the time was nowhere near their posted closing time. Five people is a normal family size--don't understand why they are putting an automatic charge for subpar service. I probably will not return. Pho is plentiful around here.

Oh...and the fly trap hanging right next to the table--so not attractive.

Pho sho my favorite! I have always loved this place but I haven't been for a while. Wow! They've done a spectacular remodel and it's so cute and cozy! Pho is perfect, as always but now it's on par with a little cafe ambience. Love it. Highly recommend!
