We have had a crazy year thus far. Everyone came together, we were united when the governor asked everyone to stay home for two weeks. Almost everyone did except for the tens of thousands who flooded Walmart and Costco over and over.
But those two weeks are long gone. Hospitals are laying people off. There are more beds available than ever before. Thurston County has only seen one death from the Corona virus and that man was in his 80s and caught the virus outside of Thurston County. The curve has been long flattened. So why the slow opening? Most believe it is political.
At some point we need to look at the decrees issued by the governor which violate our Constitutional rights and remove those prolonged unlawful orders. We need a full investigation to determine whether our rights were unlawfully denied? As Washingtonians, we cannot allow governors to rule in an unchecked manner.
